Client specialises in creating, designing and installing bespoke Themed Visitor Attractions, Heritage Experiences and Corporate Presentation Systems from boardrooms to full size lecture theatres. Undertook full Corporate review and re-structured the business in all aspects of the operational procedures and personnel under an Administration Order for which we helped them apply. Set up new operating subsidiary, negotiated with creditors and suppliers and arranged for their clients contracts to be novated. Assisted in arranging long term funding, followed by a Management Buy Out in October 2001 and client has been profitable each year. We continue to be retained to maintain a watching brief, monitoring and guiding progress and responsible for the financial management of the business.

Turnaround and re-financing project for company with various subsidiaries including an overseas operation requiring improvements in financial reporting procedures and cash flow. Negotiated with creditors and debtors and assisted with capital injection.
